Brian D. Johnson was born and raised in Newark, Illinois, where he graduated from Newark Community High School before earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with high honors from Lewis University in 2002. He earned his Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2006.
While attending law school, Brian worked as a law clerk assisting lead attorneys with Social Security Disability claims. Since 2009, he has focused exclusively on Social Security Disability law, representing clients through every stage of the administrative process, appeals, and Federal District Court proceedings.
In 2021, Brian joined Kushner & Kushner, bringing years of focused disability-law experience to clients nationwide.
